• We ship worldwide.

• Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and international orders are shipped with Fedex.

• International:

• Shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states ranges from $13-16.50 USD. 

• Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs $25 USD.

• Shipping to the following countries costs $29.50 USD : 
• Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Swiss, Switzerland, United Kingdom. 

• Shipping to Australia and New Zealand costs $37.50 USD.

• Shipping to Japan and Thailand costs 38$ USD.

• International orders are subject to duty and custom fees. We are not responsible for these charges. 

• Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address, including your apartment number.

• In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

• You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.

• Please allow up to 2 days for the activation of your tracking number. 

• Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:

• Canada:  2-3 business days.
• USA: 3-4 business days.
• International: 4-5 business days.

• Prices are listed in USD.

• Please note that your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

• Please note that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s Billing Address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.
